Only A Warrior

Only a warrior is going to be able to love her now.

Once they cross the waters of her sorrow and scale the biggest wall known to man they will realize that she an absolute hurricane.

They will learn quickly that it will take her a long time to trust them; if ever she does.

They will feel her constantly push them away to see if they stay.

She will push their resolve and do and say things that might make them un-love her.

She will come across extremely independent yet deathly afraid that they may abandon her.

Her insecurity will reign.

She will tell them often that she doesn’t need them even when she does.

She will spend her days fighting demons and then cry herself to sleep at night.

She will drink too much wine and dance in the moonlight while she laughs like a lunatic.

She will never unpack.  She will always have one foot out the door.

It will take them years and years to even know who she really is; if they ever do.

And if such a warrior is up for this challenge it will be the biggest but most rewarding challenge of his life.

Because when she is ready she will knight them with her heart and they will feel love like they have never felt love before.
